Body Talk follows a comprehensive protocol to draw the mind’s awareness to areas of miscommunications in the body that are creating various issues and imbalances that need healing. Then, with gentle tapping, the body restores the necessary lines of communication so it can heal itself as nature originally intended.

Reiki with Karyn R. 30 min – $40 | 60 min – $70
Reiki means "spiritually guided life force energy." It is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress through gentle touch. You are fully clothed, while the practitioner uses her hands to move energy and bring the body back to a state of balance.

Reiki with Chakra Clearing 30 min – $50 | 60 min – $80
In this session, the chakras (energy centers of the body) are also cleared. Energy that is stuck in these centers can cause undue stress and tension. Karyn will evaluate which chakras might be blocked and release the stuck energy.

Neuro-Auricular Technique with Karyn R. 30 min - $40
This technique helps balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. It helps move you from the fight/flight/freeze response to the rest/digest/heal. This work is all done using essential oils on the neck and head while lightly touching various points.

Emotional Clearing 60 min $80 | 30 min – $35
Karyn will individually tailor each session to the client. In an emotional clearing session, she will assist in releasing emotions that no longer serve you. You will leave with some customized techniques to support you in the future.

This session adds the use of tuning forks to release your emotions. Specific tones can encourage body cells to vibrate at an optimal frequency.
