Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Cosmetologist. Jessica is a graduate of the Institute of Natural Therapies and Northern Michigan University, Continued education through C.A.R.E. Clinic, Aveda, Body Talk System, CFT Global Team, and Oola Life Coach Certification Program.
Jessica specializes in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy for Adults, Children and Infants. Body Talk Technique, The Raindrop Technique® using Young Living essential oils, Vitaflex, and Emotional Release Technique. Through 20 years of hands-on bodywork, Jessica found her passion for challenging body conditions, recovering past and present injuries, physical and emotional pain management. She infuses her bodywork techniques/experience, trainings, life coaching and personal healing journey to help others navigate whole body healing. Jessica’s interests include self-research/education on whole body wellness, essential oils, the outdoors (especially shores of the lake or ocean) and traveling. Jessica enjoys time with her family – husband David and four sweet and spicy kids.

Monnie Bigelow
Cosmetologist
Monnie is a graduate of Houghton Lake Institute of Cosmetology. She has been in the beauty industry for 18 years. Making people look and feel good about themselves is the most rewarding part of her job. She enjoys a good challenge whether it’s a great haircut or a fabulous hair color makeover. The best compliment is someone else complimenting her work. She has attended hair shows in Las Vegas and Chicago to ensure that she stays current with the latest trends. When Monnie isn’t at the salon you can find her boating, golfing, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to making you feel amazing!
Kelly Kitti
Licensed Massage Therapist
Licensed Massage Therapist. Kelly is a 2023 graduate of Five Elements Integrative Therapy Academy and a 2004 graduate of the Inland Massage Institute of Spokane, WA. She offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, Unwind method, and the Raindrop Technique. Kelly prefers a light to moderate touch (but can use a deeper touch if necessary). Hands & feet are probably her favorite area to work on because they’re often overworked & neglected.
She grew up local, spent many years away as a military spouse, and has settled back into her roots here. She enjoys her grandchildren, her dogs, arts & crafts, hiking, kayaking, and being where the water meets the shore.

Karyn Ruohonen-Rudak
Avesa Practitioner, Reiki Master & Teacher
Karyn is available for appointments by request in the summer months – June through August. Certified Avesa Practitioner, Reiki Master & Teacher, Integrated Listening System Practitioner, Certified Provider Bone Conduction-The Listening Program. Karyn has received training from The C.A.R.E. Institute on Emotional Clearing with Young Living Essential Oils, the Raindrop Technique®, and VitaFlex. Karyn has also taken classes in Intuitive Kinesiology and Emotional Release. One of her passions is emotional health, and she has a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Psychology and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. Another passion is to teach others about Young Living Essential Oils, wellness and emotional wellness. Karyn provides Reiki, Avesa Balancing, Emotional Wellness Sessions, VitaFlex Sessions, Neuroauricular Technique Sessions, Zyto And ITovi Scans. Her interests include photography, reading, being outdoors, self improvement, and spending family time with her husband and two kids.
